Job Summary: Jamestown is seeking an Asset Management Senior Analyst to support the Asset Management team in executing business plans, analyzing property performance, and driving value creation initiatives across a portfolio of real estate assets. This role work closely with Acquisitions, Capital Markets, Development, Legal, Marketing, Property Management, and other operating teams, proving exposure to multiple facets of the real estate investment business. Minimum Qualifications Required:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, or a related field of study from an accredited institution; andThree or more years of related experience.; andWorking knowledge of real estate and financial analysis, including advanced Excel modeling and proficiency in Argus; orAny combination of education, training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job.Essential Job Functions: Build and maintain financial models in Excel and Argus as directed by senior professionals for existing portfolio assetsReport on property performance and evaluate quarterly appraisalsProduce annual strategic business plans and work with property team to produce annual budget and future cashflow projections for existing portfolio assetsAssist with the lease negotiation process for prospective tenants and conduct lease analysesEvaluate the feasibility and upside opportunity associated with potential value-add projects at the propertyContribute to the production of Investment Committee memorandaReview and abstract governing documents, including: partnership agreements, loan agreements, leases or other legal documents, as requested.Assist in conducting market research as requested, including building lease and sales comparable spreadsheets and maps Assist in the production and execution of marketing events held at a portfolio propertyCreate and maintain network file folders, and organize pertinent asset-related documents withinSolicit bids and coordinate service work from third-party vendors and service providersAccompany senior professionals on various trips to existing portfolio assetsIf applicable, work with senior professionals on capital transactions including the financing/refinancing or disposition of an existing portfolio assetRequired Knowledge and Skills: Knowledge of: Financial analysisReal EstateAdvanced Excel modelingArgus Skills: Organizational and interpersonal skillsThe ability to meet deadlines, accomplish work in order of priority; professionally maintain composure & effectiveness under pressure and changing conditionsSelf-motivation, leadership, teamwork and collaboration.Detail oriented, logical, and methodical approach to problem solvingExceptional written and verbal communication
