Operations Coordinator - Monthly Bonus! - Immediate Hire

Job Type: Full-time Shift Schedule: 7 am - 3 pm Salary: $20.00 - $23.00 Operations Coordinator Job Duties AP Invoice Management Code invoices and communicate to the accounts payable department Scan picking slips to Corporate shared folders Purchase Order Receipts Receipt Non-Stock supplies Receipt Raw material (Sawdust) Receipt Packaging Material Human Resources Coordination Work with senior Human Resource staff on all initiatives including but not limited to: onsite HR support, new employee onboarding support, payroll support, time and attendance support, general HR recordkeeping, and onsite benefits coordination. Daily Reporting Review daily production and packaging reports, update finished goods inventory Month End Close Support the finance department on all month end close procedures including but not limited to physical inventory and accounts payable Invoice management. Shipping Printing BOLs/Picking slips Reconciling BOLs and managing all outbound/inbound shipment functions in Sage. Communicating shipment activity with the accounts receivable department for purposes of invoicing. Signing trucks in and out of the plant for outgoing shipments.
