What You’ll Do Partner with life science customers to support their chromatography workflows through expert product knowledge, technical consultation, training, and application support.Support successful product demonstrations, seminars, workshops, and customer training events in collaboration with Field Application Scientists and Marketing.The position is remote and territory based. Generate new business and expand existing customer relationships for the AKTA portfolio and Identify opportunities to grow instrument, resin, column, and software sales by understanding customer processes and research objectives. Achieve annual sales targets while maintaining accurate funnel management and forecasting within Salesforce and develop and execute territory and account growth plans, including opportunity generation, competitive strategy, and business development activities. Build strong relationships with key decision makers, research leaders, and laboratory stakeholders. Drive adoption of AKTA chromatography platforms for protein purification, process development, and related applications. Who You Are Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences or related field. Advanced degree preferred. Minimum 3 years of laboratory, research, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related scientific experience. Strong understanding of protein purification, chromatography, or biologics research workflows preferred and demonstrated ability to communicate technical concepts to scientific audiences. Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills, strong organizational, planning, and funnel management skills. Ability to work effectively across sales, applications, service, and marketing teams. The annual salary range for this role is $110,000-130,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future. This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
