Description

We’re looking for an HR Business Partner to join our People team and partner closely with managers and employees across the organization. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working closely with the business, building strong relationships, and helping managers navigate people-related challenges in a fast-growing company.

You'll support managers and employees on development, performance, engagement, and employee relations, while partnering with the People team on initiatives that help us scale. We take a coaching approach to HR — which means you'll focus on building lasting capability in managers rather than just solving problems for them.

We're looking for someone who is practical, resourceful, independent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. We also value innovation and are looking for someone curious about AI and automation and how technology can make HR more efficient.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in HR, with experience in an HRBP or similar generalist role.

• Hands-on experience with HiBob is required.

• Experience partnering with managers and employees across multiple functions.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices.

• Strong communication, coaching, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

• Ability to handle sensitive employee matters with sound judgment and discretion.

• Comfortable working independently in a growing, evolving environment.

• Hands-on mindset with the ability to build and improve processes.

• Interest in AI, automation, and improving HR efficiency.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Partner with managers on day-to-day people matters, performance, development, and employee relations.

• Coach managers on effective people management and employee engagement.

• Support performance and talent processes, including reviews, feedback, and development.

• Partner with the People team on engagement initiatives and employee programs.

• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes through AI, automation, and technology.

• Use people data and employee feedback to identify trends and opportunities.

• Work closely with our PEO and Finance to ensure smooth execution of payroll, benefits, compensation, and other HR processes.

• Support organizational changes and initiatives as Zafran continues to grow.

• Contribute to a culture of trust, accountability, collaboration, and high performance.
