Archstone Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and engaging Weekend Group Facilitator to join our team and support individuals receiving treatment for substance use and mental health concerns.

Position Responsibilities

• Facilitate therapeutic and educational groups for clients on weekends

• Create a safe, supportive, and engaging group environment

• Encourage client participation and positive peer interaction

• Provide education and discussion related to recovery, coping skills, emotional wellness, and life skills

• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries with clients

• Complete accurate and timely group documentation

• Communicate client concerns or significant observations to the appropriate clinical staff

• Follow all Archstone Behavioral Health policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines

• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and applicable Florida requirements

• Participate as a professional member of the treatment team

Qualifications

• Experience facilitating groups in a behavioral health, substance use, mental health, or related setting preferred

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to engage clients in a respectful and therapeutic manner

• Dependable and able to work independently on weekends

• Ability to maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality

• Relevant education, certification, or licensure based on the type of groups being facilitated
