Apply now and discover a career where your contributions are valued, your growth is supported, and your work makes a lasting impact*****SARASOTA*****Primary Job ResponsibilitiesManage project budget, schedule, cash flow in accordance with Division goals.Coordinate with municipalities and other government agencies from entitlement to final acceptance.Solicit, analyze, and award land trade bids and contracts.Manage development trade contracts and development schedules.Review design documents, site plans, improvement plans and plats for project coordination and accuracy. Check availability and location of all utilities, including sanitary sewer, water, gas and storm management.
