Shape the future of student success as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) serving multiple school sites near Cambridge, MA. This contract opportunity spans the academic year through June 18, 2027, and provides a dynamic environment in which you’ll make a real impact on students’ lives. The role focuses on behavioral assessments, intervention planning, and empowering staff through training and supervision.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification and a valid LABA license issued by the Massachusetts Allied Mental Health division
• Previous experience working in K-12 school settings strongly preferred
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish highly valued
• Expertise in conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Skilled at collecting and analyzing behavioral data and delivering progress reports for IEP meetings
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and train paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teachers in implementing evidence-based behavioral techniques
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as a behavioral specialist across 2–3 designated school sites within the district
• Administer FBAs and devise tailored BIPs for diverse student populations
• Oversee data collection, graphing, and prepare detailed reports for IEP and team meetings
• Model and train 1:1 Paraprofessionals, RBTs, and classroom teachers in best practices and intervention strategies
• Monitor intervention fidelity and provide ongoing coaching and support
• Effectively collaborate with educators, administrators, families, and allied professionals
