Make a meaningful impact supporting students across multiple schools by applying your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a dynamic educational setting near Lynn, MA. As an essential member of our behavioral support team, you'll work contractually through the 2026–27 school year, collaborating with educators and paraprofessionals to enhance student success and well-being.

Key Qualifications:

• Active BCBA certification required
• Valid LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst) license through the Massachusetts Allied Mental Health division
• Prior experience conducting Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and developing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Proven ability to collect, graph, and analyze data; adept at progress reporting for IEP meetings
• Skilled in supervision and training of 1:1 Paraprofessionals, RBTs, and classroom staff on behavioral strategies
• Strong interpersonal skills; bilingual in Spanish is highly desirable

Core Responsibilities:

• Cover multiple school sites within the district (2–3 locations)
• Conduct FBAs to develop targeted interventions
• Write and revise BIPs based on ongoing data and team feedback
• Lead data collection efforts and prepare reports for multidisciplinary IEP meetings
• Provide hands-on coaching, modeling, and supervision for paraprofessionals, RBTs, and teachers
• Foster inclusive, supportive environments for students with diverse behavioral needs

This full-time contract position is structured at 34 hours per week, with opportunities to collaborate across school sites, share your knowledge, and create lasting positive change. The assignment runs through mid-June 2027, offering consistent, rewarding work.
