Attend community events to represent the agency and build genuine connections with neighbors.

Keep accurate and detailed records of client interactions to ensure long-term service quality.

Requirements

Demonstrated history of success in a sales or customer-facing role.

Strong comfort level with computer systems and navigating multiple insurance platforms.

Clear, empathetic communication style that helps people feel at ease.

High school diploma or equivalent.
