Important Training Requirement

To ensure every team member is fully equipped for success, all Nashville hires will complete a paid 90-day training program in Dallas, Texas before transitioning back to the Nashville market.

What You'll Do

As a Storm Restoration Specialist, you'll help homeowners protect and restore one of their most valuable investments.

Responsibilities include:

• Canvass & Build Relationships
• Go door-to-door in storm-affected neighborhoods and connect with homeowners
• Inspect & Educate
• Identify potential storm damage and explain the restoration process clearly and confidently
• Guide Homeowners Through Insurance Claims
• Help customers navigate the insurance process from inspection to approval
• Oversee roofing projects from start to finish while delivering exceptional customer service
• Build Your Pipeline
• Generate referrals and create long-term relationships in your territory
