Compensation: $138,000 + BOE Qualifications NASD 7 or 6 (REQUIRED). 4-6 years of insurance industry sales experience, including 3-5 years of field management or agency distribution system. Proven track record of leading strategic initiatives in the insurance sector, aligning with company goals. Experience in mentoring and developing high-performing teams, fostering a culture of growth and excellence. Ability to drive marketing and business development efforts, consistently achieving and surpassing objectives. Strong relationship-building skills, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
