Sr. Key Account Manager, Electron Microscopy - Pharma

Senior Key Account Manager for electron microscopy products serving pharmaceutical and biotech customers across western U.S. territory. Responsible for sales strategy, account management, and revenue growth for assigned key accounts and regional pharma/biotech sites.

Responsibilities

• Own all sales and account management for assigned electron microscopy products to pharma and biotech sites in territory
• Define and implement account strategy for global key accounts and top 30 pharma companies
• Maintain quarterly booking forecasts and provide regular management visibility and updates
• Coordinate system demonstrations with application engineers and manage user group activities
• Manage product issues in field through collaboration with account services and application engineers for resolution

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life science, structural biology, biochemistry, physics, or engineering
• 8+ years sales experience in high-value capital equipment or complex sales
• Advanced negotiation and communication skills across diverse audiences
• Ability to travel 50% or more to customer sites locally and internationally
• Systematic problem-solving and presentation skills with cross-functional teams
• Experience managing large global multi-site customers preferred
• Miller-Heiman strategic selling methodology experience highly desirable
