Harbor Hyundai is looking for a hungry, motivated Sales Manager ready to lead from the front and build a winning sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment, love closing deals, and know how to push performance without excuses, this is your opportunity.

What We’re Looking For

A self-starter with a relentless work ethic

Proven success in automotive sales (management experience preferred)

Strong closer who can desk deals and maximize gross

Natural leader who motivates, trains, and holds people accountable

Competitive mindset with a passion for winning

Comfortable with CRM, digital leads, and modern sales processes

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team to hit and exceed monthly targets

Desk deals, structure financing, and close customers

Train, coach, and develop sales consultants

Monitor KPIs, follow up on leads, and drive showroom traffic

Maintain a high-energy, professional sales floor culture

Work closely with GM and F&I to optimize performance
