Tandem Line Extrusion Operator
The Job Center Staffing is hiring for a Tandem Line Extrusion Operator in West Chester. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Compensation/Shift/Benefits

- Shift: 12am-8am (will train on 1st shift)
- Overtime available

Responsibilities
- Read run schedules (OHM) and specs to set up machines and materials
- Set up drawing, annealing, and extrusion processes
- Adjust temperatures, speeds, tips, and dies to meet specifications
- String up wire using cold weld and ensure proper line feed
- Inspect product for quality (dimensions, tensile, elongation)
- Perform ongoing quality checks during production
- Coil finished product and label materials correctly
- Maintain safe work practices and housekeeping
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 12 years manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to operate machinery and forklift safely
- Good communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work assigned shifts and overtime
