• Document customer interactions and follow established processes for service follow-up and issue resolution.

• Previous customer service experience or strong transferable experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with a wide range of customers.
• Comfortable working in a team environment with multiple representatives performing similar duties.
• Strong listening skills, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage responsibilities in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
