Marketing Analyst

Marketing AnalystInsight Global is seeking a Marketing Analyst to support one of our clients in the medical device industry. This individual will partner closely with marketing, sales, and cross functional business teams to support campaign execution, marketing operations, CRM initiatives, and data-driven decision making.The ideal candidate has prior corporate marketing experience, strong communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This person should be proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in an evolving organization where processes are continuously being refined and improved.This role offers the opportunity to make an immediate impact while supporting key marketing initiatives and patient engagement programs across multiple channels.Responsibilities:Support the execution of marketing campaigns through email, SMS, and other digital channelsAssist with campaign setup, audience segmentation, and performance trackingMaintain and update CRM records while ensuring data quality and accuracyMonitor campaign performance and provide reporting on key engagement metricsPartner with marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to support business initiativesParticipate in project meetings, document requirements, and track action itemsAssist in developing and improving marketing workflows, processes, and customer journeysSupport ongoing data management, reporting, and operational marketing activitiesManage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detailActively contribute ideas and collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvementWe are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
