About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Information Officer (CIO) to spearhead its technology strategy and digital transformation. This executive leadership role demands a visionary who can go beyond traditional IT management to drive tech innovation and progress. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive tech roadmap, identifying and leveraging tech opportunities, and ensuring that technology is a strategic business enabler. Key areas of focus include AI, automation, and creativity, as well as data and analytics. The CIO will also be tasked with maintaining a strong cybersecurity posture, managing tech operations, and fostering effective collaboration with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The ideal CIO for the company will have a deep technical understanding, executive presence, and the ability to translate emerging technologies into feasible business solutions. They should have a proven track record in tech leadership, with at least 10 years' experience, and a strong background in modern cloud and SaaS platforms, ERP solutions, and project management. Proficiency in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and business continuity is essential, as is experience in managing tech vendors and investments. The role requires a leader who is strategic, curious, and collaborative, with a focus on balancing innovation, risk mitigation, and organizational enhancement. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required, and the candidate should be prepared for a role that involves frequent on-site visits and occasional travel.
