Security Officer Patrol Concierge Services in FAIRFAX, VA Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.22 / Hour Job Schedule Tue: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Wed: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Thur: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM Fri: 12:00 AM - 08:00 AM What You'll Do Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and appropriate emergency response activities at a utilities location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, access points, and perimeter areas to help identify potential issues or concerns. Monitor entry and exit activity, observe utility infrastructure and restricted areas, and report maintenance concerns, hazards, or suspicious behavior according to site procedures. Complete required logs, reports, and incident documentation related to patrol activities, visitor interactions, and observed conditions during each shift. Minimum Requirements Customer service experience is preferred. This is primarily a driving post. CPR and/or First Aid experience is preferred. Access control and/or badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
