In this role, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service and communication. You will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and integrity while working as part of a team that puts people first. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $27.00 / Hour Job Schedule: Thur 06:30 PM - 07:30 AM Fri 06:30 PM - 07:30 AM Sun 06:30 PM - 07:30 AM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a technology-focused location. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and sharing information with site contacts as needed. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, work areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns. Monitor access points, observe site activity, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance issues, and/or policy violations according to post instructions. Support day-to-day operations by assisting with visitor interactions, following communication protocols, and maintaining awareness of changing conditions across the location. Minimum Requirements: Possess 1+ years of law enforcement experience or 2+ years of security-related supervisor or manager experience or 3+ years of security-related experience. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
