You'll work directly with business owners and leaders, helping them access capital while ensuring loans align with our lending objectives, credit policies, and risk standards.Your responsibilities will include:Managing and growing a portfolio of commercial customersOriginating and underwriting commercial loansGathering and reviewing application data, including credit reports, appraisals, and financial recordsCollaborating with Credit Administration to ensure timely and accurate loan processingNegotiating loan terms and repayment structures with customersPresenting credit requests to loan committee when neededCross-selling deposit and fee-based services based on customer needsMaintaining updated loan documentation and ensuring compliance with internal policiesActively representing the Bank in the community to support business developmentWhat You Bring:Experience in commercial banking, credit analysis, or a related financial fieldStrong relationship-building and customer service skillsProven ability to manage and grow a loan portfolioDeep understanding of credit risk and loan structuringExcellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skillsFamiliarity with underwriting processes and regulatory guidelinesBonus Points For:Community involvement and a strong local networkExperience working with small to mid-sized businessesProficiency in commercial loan software and CRM toolsWhy Join Us?You'll be part of a high-performing team that values integrity, innovation, and genuine client partnership.
