VP of Business Transformation

: Description:

The Vice President of Business Transformation will be responsible for orchestrating comprehensive business transformation initiatives across our customer operations. This role will spearhead the development and implementation of customer-centric strategies, focusing specifically on voice of customer channels, customer journey mapping, CRM system selection and implementation, performance metrics, and analytics tools development. The ideal candidate will combine strategic vision with practical execution capabilities to revolutionize how we engage with and serve both internal and external customers.

Strategic Leadership

• Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute transformational efforts aligned with organizational strategic objectives
• Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
• Challenge traditional business models and inject innovative thought leadership to revolutionize our pharmacy services operations
• Drive change management initiatives to facilitate adoption of new processes and technologies
• Provide regular updates to executive leadership on transformation progress, risks, and prioritization

Customer Experience Transformation

• Establish and optimize voice of customer channels to systematically capture customer feedback and insights
• Lead comprehensive customer journey mapping initiatives to identify pain points and opportunities for service enhancement
• Drive the selection, implementation, and optimization of enterprise CRM systems that align with pharmacy service requirements in partnership with IT
• Develop and implement customer-facing scorecards that provide meaningful insights to clients
• Create customer health scores that provide insight into customer retention behavior
• Create a customer-centric culture through training, communication, and performance measurement

Process and Systems Optimization

• Oversee the design and implementation of business process improvements across customer operations
• Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of technology solutions to enhance operational capabilities
• Ensure adherence to approved tools and technologies while identifying new solutions as necessary
• Collaborate with IT leadership to ensure seamless integration of systems and data flows
• Develop and implement change control processes to manage system and process transitions

Data Analytics and Performance Management

• Establish comprehensive KPI frameworks to measure transformation success and operational performance
• Lead the development of internal and external customer-facing analytic tools and dashboards
• Implement data governance practices to ensure data quality and integrity across all platforms
• Drive data-based decision making throughout the organization
• Oversee the creation of predictive analytics capabilities to anticipate customer needs and market trends

Business Growth and Innovation

• Identify and capitalize on business expansion opportunities within pharmacy services
• Drive innovation in product and service offerings based on customer insights
• Work with business development teams to create compelling value propositions for new and existing customers
• Establish strategic partnerships to enhance capabilities and market reach
• Lead pilot programs for new service offerings and delivery models

Requirements:

• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in business transformation, preferably within healthcare or pharmacy services
• Bachelor's degree required
• Professional certifications in project management, process improvement, or change management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma, PROSCI) preferred
• Proven track record of successfully leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Experience with CRM implementation and optimization in a complex organization
• Demonstrated success in developing customer experience strategies and frameworks
• Background in developing and implementing analytics solutions and performance measurement systems
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing matrix relationships
