What You Can Expect

The Warehouse Clerk's primary responsibility will be to pick, pack and ship finished goods to customers in warehouse environment for upcoming surgeries.

How You'll Create Impact

• Performs work functions to assist department management in accomplishing daily goals, including but not limited to, the picking of Finished Goods, packing of Finished Goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, maintaining a clean, orderly (5S), and safe work environment, and meeting daily shipping requirements, by properly following department OP's and company guidelines.
• Must be able to understand and perform the functions and procedures pertaining to the efficient operation of warehousing.
• Must be able to train and direct other personnel in their duties, both clerical and physical.
• Must maintain good housekeeping in all warehouse areas.
• Will occasionally perform warehouse driver duties as a multi-faceted function of this role; will be cross-trained in multiple areas of warehouse operations.

• Understand principles of stock rotation, location and arrangement of materials for efficient handling.
• Must have an awareness of storage conditions necessary to protect material from damage or deterioration.
• Ability to lift, carry, push/pull up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Works well in team environment while presenting a positive attitude contributing to a great team atmosphere.
• Can move at a fast pace while multi-tasking when needed. Can handle more than one task at a time and be accurate.
• Able to follow directions closely and complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Your Background

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• An equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education will be considered.
• Valid driver's license is required.
