The next CEO will guide a highly successful organization through a transformative period as TMH and FSU advance a distinctive model that integrates healthcare delivery, education, research, innovation, and community impact. Founded in 1948, TMH is a leading private, not-for-profit healthcare system serving a 22-county region across North Florida, South Georgia, and Southeastern Alabama. The organization includes a 772-bed acute care hospital, more than 5,000 colleagues, approximately 1,100 medical staff members, five Graduate Medical Education programs, a behavioral health hospital, multiple specialty centers, and approximately 50 affiliated physician practices. Nationally recognized for clinical excellence, TMH serves as both the region's healthcare safety net and its destination for specialized and complex care. The CEO will lead TMH's continued growth while playing a central role in advancing the evolution of FSU Health. Working closely with the TMH Board, FSU leadership, physicians, faculty, researchers, and community stakeholders, the successful candidate will help expand clinical services, strengthen physician alignment, grow graduate medical education, accelerate research and innovation, enhance organizational culture, and improve access to care throughout the Florida Panhandle and surrounding region. This leader will help align clinical care, academic excellence, and research advancement while preserving TMH's longstanding culture of service, accountability, and community commitment.
