BNY is seeking a seasoned Corporate Actions Specialist to join our team in New York. You will perform mandatory and voluntary custody and accounting processing for corporate actions, including dividends, reorganizations, proxies, bonds, and related transactions. You'll manage risk and liability across functions, conduct reconciliation, client reporting, and proration, and collaborate with internal units to address complex events and disseminate information to investors and client accounts. #J-18808-Ljbffr BNY
