ABOUT THE POSITION The Principal Financial Analyst is a strategic leadership role that drives the financial planning, analysis, and operational initiatives that support the Court's mission and long-term goals. This position offers the opportunity to lead impactful projects, guide high-performing teams, and shape policies that improve organizational effectiveness across the Court. Key Responsibilities

OPTION I : Bachelor's degree* from an accredited four-year college or university with a major in public or business administration, public policy, economics, finance, or a closely related field - AND - three (3) years of progressively responsible experience involving financial management analysis, economic forecasting, financial planning and/or implementation, or governmental budget and finance analysis.
OPTION II : Three (3) years of progressively responsible experience involving financial management analysis, economic forecasting, financial planning and/or implementation, or governmental budget and finance analysis - AND - additional four (4) years of recent experience providing complex analytical work in support of accounting, financial, statistical, contract, budget, or other management analyses.

- Demonstrates ownership and accountability by producing complete staff work, independently managing complex assignments from inception through implementation, and ensuring timely, high-quality results with minimal oversight.
- Develop, implement, and monitor financial programs, policies, procedures, and performance measures.
