Construction Manager II

To support the construction of new homes, the remote full-time Construction Manager II will coordinate field activities, maintain construction schedules, ensure job site safety, and uphold quality control standards while prioritizing customer satisfaction throughout the building process. Key responsibilities Maintain and coordinate construction schedules across multiple neighborhoods to meet Century Complete goals Conduct regular customer communications and orientations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction Perform daily inspections and monitor job site safety, quality standards, and vendor performance Required qualifications 3+ years of Construction Management experience in residential or multi-family construction A bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field is preferred OSHA 10/30 Construction qualification required within 90 days of hire date Technical construction ability to manage resources and resolve field problems Strong organizational skills for managing construction schedules and resources Virtual Vocations Inc
