Key Qualifications:

• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
• Previous experience in school-based settings highly valued
• Ability to work with gen ed, preschool, and moderate-to-moderate caseloads
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills to support team in addressing overload needs
• Flexibility to work at a different campus each day; reliable transportation needed
• California SLP license is preferred, but not a strict requirement

Role Highlights:

• Deliver speech-language services part-time at a moderate-to-moderate caseload elementary site and at a general education/preschool site
• Support existing SLP teams with direct intervention, consultation, and assessments for students
• Help manage caseload overflow, ensuring quality services for all assigned students
• Administer assessments and contribute to IEP planning as needed
• Work on campus (no virtual component), with hours scheduled Monday through Friday from 8:00am–3:00pm
• Stay engaged at one school per day, with sites alternating throughout the week
• This contract will begin at the start of the school year and extend until the district hires for the position internally
