About the role As a Federal Solutions Executive - Public Sector, you will partner with our delivery team to increase revenue and uncover new opportunities for clients. As a trusted advisor, you'll leverage your industry and technical knowledge to build relationships and identify new solution sales opportunities. Ongoing review, update, and maintenance of commission database used to track & compute variable compensation and set sales quotas. Identify, develop, and close federal solution sales opportunities. Increase revenue by expanding clients' purchasing into new solutions categories. Drive business development and pre-sales initiatives. Achieve sales and profit goals through vendor partner teaming, onsite client engagements, and implementation support. What we’re looking for MBA or Master's Degree and 8-10+ years of technical sales experience Public Sector - Federal solution sales experience Certifications in sales and partner management, complex sales training, and negotiation skills Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills What you can expect Freedom to work from another location—even an international destination for up to 30 consecutive calendar days per year. The position described above provides a summary of some of the job duties required and what it would be like to work at Insight. The base salary range for this position is typically $150,000 to $185,000 with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
