Enter purchased used vehicles into the accounting system and prepare checks for payment. Reconcile physical vehicle inventory to dealership book balances. Monitor parts and service clearing accounts and ensure balances are properly applied to inventory. Prepare dealership inventory reports according to company policies and management requests. Perform high-volume data entry accurately and efficiently. Maintain accurate and organized accounting records. Follow company policies, procedures, confidentiality requirements, and business ethics standards. Maintain professional standards and attend required training and company meetings. Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent. 1-3 months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience or strong background in inventory accounting, dealership accounting, automotive accounting, or related accounting functions preferred. Experience with vehicle inventory reconciliation preferred. Experience reconciling accounts and identifying discrepancies. Strong Microsoft Excel and computer skills. Ability to perform high-volume, accurate data entry. Ability to analyze data, establish facts, identify discrepancies, and draw valid conclusions.
