Job Description

• Lead estate planning matters and provide personalized legal guidance to individuals families and business owners.
• Draft and advise on wills trusts and comprehensive estate planning strategies.
• Manage and grow your existing client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand your practice.
• Develop thoughtful legal solutions that help clients protect their assets and plan for the future.
• Collaborate with fellow attorneys on complex legal matters and client needs.
• Contribute to the strategic direction and growth of our estate planning practice.
• Deliver exceptional client service while maintaining a high standard of legal excellence.

Qualifications

• Active Florida Bar license in good standing.
• 2 years of estate planning experience.
• Established portable book of business of $350000.
• Strong background in estate planning wills trusts and client counseling.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to develop and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication relationship-building and problem-solving skills.
• Attorneys from established firms boutique practices and solo practices are encouraged to apply.

Estimated annual total compensation potential ranges from $150000 to $750000 with the actual compensation structure negotiated based on your portable book of business and overall contribution.

Requirements: Must-have: Remote role statewide in FL. FL bar license. 2 yrs of estate planning exp. Must have a $350K portable book of business.

• Required Years as Associate: 2 years of estate planning experience. Partner-level opportunity not an associate position.
• If remote: Florida statewide only. Candidates must reside in Florida and hold an active Florida Bar license.
• Salary Bands (Only if attorney role): 2 to 4 yrs: $150K to $225K;
• 5 to 9 yrs: $225K to $375K;
• 10 to 14 yrs: $375K to $550K;
• 15 yrs: $550K to $750K.
