This role operates within a flexible 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST work window, allowing autonomy in structuring your day while maintaining strong collaboration with the broader team. Experience: A minimum of three years of experience as a Clinical Documentation Specialist is required. Clinical experience in multiple areas, particularly in the ICU, is preferred. Licensure: Licensed to Practice as a Registered Nurse in the Commonwealth of Virginia.PHYSICAL DEMANDS This is primarily a sedentary job involving extensive use of desktop computers. The job does occasionally require traveling some distance to attend meetings, and programs. The pay range for this role is $67,859.00 - $135,718.00 annually. Individual compensation will be determined by the selected candidate's qualifications, previous work experience, and/or education.
