Day-to-Day:

• Answer incoming calls on the company customer support line

• Assist patients with order support, delivery inquiries, and product-related questions

• Document customer interactions and cases within the CRM system

• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns while providing exceptional service

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely issue resolution

• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and follow-up activities

• Support a positive customer experience throughout the patient journey

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a leading medical device client. This individual will serve as a primary point of contact for patients, providing support regarding product orders, deliveries, and general product inquiries. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, highly organized, and passionate about helping others. They will work closely with multiple internal teams to ensure customers receive timely and accurate assistance while documenting all interactions within a CRM system. Skills and Requirements

• 2+ years of patient-facing customer support experience over the phone

• Experience documenting and managing cases within a CRM system

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

•Outgoing, customer-focused personality with excellent communication skills • Salesforce CRM experience

• Bilingual

• Customer service experience within a medical device company
