** Required Qualifications: **

Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Active Tennessee Bar license in good standing – Required.
At least 1 year of relevant legal experience preferred.
Litigation experience, including trial or hearing experience.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with a team.
The candidate must obtain professional liability insurance prior to the start date ** . **
