Product Marketing Lead [Remote]

Accountabilities

• Define and evolve product positioning, segmentation, messaging frameworks, and value propositions in collaboration with leadership, Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
• Develop a deep understanding of customers, users, market trends, competitors, and buyer needs to inform go-to-market strategies.
• Translate complex product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that support customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Create and maintain sales enablement resources, including presentations, one-pagers, competitive materials, objection-handling guides, and launch assets.
• Partner with Sales teams to strengthen sales narratives, improve deal conversations, and support revenue growth.
• Lead product and feature launches from strategy development through execution, including defining objectives, KPIs, messaging, and communication plans.
• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to influence feature positioning, naming, customer communications, and product storytelling.
• Support pricing, packaging, and monetization decisions by providing customer, market, and competitive insights.
• Gather customer feedback and success stories to create impactful marketing assets and inform product strategy.
• Ensure consistent messaging across websites, product pages, sales materials, lifecycle communications, and customer touchpoints.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 8+ years of experience in product marketing or a related role, ideally within B2B SaaS, technology, or digital product environments.
• Proven experience developing positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies that contribute to business growth.
• Strong ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and influence decisions across Product, Sales, and Marketing teams.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts into clear, customer-focused messaging.
• Experience creating sales enablement materials and marketing assets that directly support commercial outcomes.
• Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills and the ability to prioritize high-impact initiatives.
• Strong understanding of customer research, competitive analysis, buyer journeys, and market insights.
• Passion for digital products, storytelling, and communicating product value through engaging experiences.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
