Product Marketing Lead

Experienced marketers will find a full-time remote opportunity as a Product Marketing Lead focused on driving the go-to-market strategy and growth initiatives for trading features within MetaMask, collaborating across various teams to enhance user engagement and brand trust. Key responsibilities Define and execute end-to-end go-to-market strategy for trading features, including opportunity sizing and lifecycle optimization Lead product launches and lifecycle marketing initiatives, crafting narratives that resonate with crypto traders and enhancing user retention Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated campaigns and monitor performance, ensuring alignment and seamless execution Required qualifications 6 to 8+ years in product marketing, preferably within fintech, crypto, or high-growth consumer tech environments Proven success in leading complex product launches and lifecycle growth initiatives with measurable outcomes Strong strategic thinking and storytelling ability to communicate complex product concepts effectively Analytical mindset with experience interpreting data to inform marketing and product strategies Deep curiosity about web3, DeFi, and on-chain user behavior, with direct experience in the crypto ecosystem being a plus
