Product Marketing Lead

To drive market strategy and execution, the full-time remote Product Marketing Leader will own positioning and messaging for Lumana's AI video security platform, ensuring clear communication of its differentiated value while collaborating across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. Key responsibilities Own market strategy and go-to-market (GTM) direction by gathering intelligence and translating insights into strategic recommendations Develop and evolve differentiated positioning and messaging that communicates Lumana's value across various industries Lead product launches and GTM execution by partnering with cross-functional teams to translate product capabilities into market narratives and measurable outcomes Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in B2B SaaS Product Marketing with a proven track record of shaping go-to-market strategies Experience building or scaling Product Marketing within a Series A-C startup or high-growth environment Strong understanding of complex technical products, preferably in AI, computer vision, or physical security Exceptional storytelling and messaging skills, with the ability to translate technical capabilities into customer value Highly analytical with a strong grasp of business metrics and a bias toward action
