About the Role We’re looking for an energetic, motivated, and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team in Champaign, IL or the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to learn, enjoys working with people, and wants to start a rewarding career in exterior sales and restoration. You’ll receive hands-on training and mentorship from experienced team members as you learn to perform inspections, meet with homeowners, and help them find the best exterior solutions for their homes. What You’ll Do Conduct exterior inspections (roofing, siding, gutters) to identify damage and sales opportunities Run in-home sales presentations and close deals in a one-call close environment Educate homeowners on storm restoration, including hail and wind damage and insurance claims Generate, qualify, and follow up on leads to maintain a strong sales pipeline Manage projects from contract through completion, ensuring great communication and customer satisfaction Represent Bold North with professionalism, urgency, and a results-driven mindset What We’re Looking For 2+ years of outside sales experience (home improvement, roofing, or construction preferred) Proven success in short-cycle sales and one-call closing Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills Experience with storm restoration and insurance-based sales is highly preferred Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented Ability to climb ladders and safely perform roof inspections Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean MVR Ability to pass a background check Estimated earnings: $80,000-$150,000+ (uncapped commission) Bonus opportunities for top performers Supportive, high-performance team environment 401(k) Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Work Location : In-person, serving Champaign, and surrounding areas. #J-18808-Ljbffr Freedom Roofing & Construction
