Are you a “people person?” Are you creative, with good communication skills and like helping people? 

You can help others organize their home. As a Closets by Design Designer, you can enjoy the flexibility schedule while traveling to appointments close to your home to meet with potential and current customers.  We provide pre-set appointments and complete sales and design training, so no experience is necessary.

Earn $3,000-$5,000 in commission and bonuses per month

Preferred Skills: 

• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with prospective and existing customers.
• Highly motivated, with the ability to work independently
• Detail-oriented and has good time management skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiating, planning, and consultative sales skills.
• Outside sales experience.

Required: 

• Driver's License with reliable transportation.
• Must reside in NJ, within a 30–40-mile radius of where job posting is advertised

 
A Day In The Life:

• Begin the sales route with appointments (all leads and marketing materials are provided).
• Build rapport with the customer to understand their organizational needs.
• Walk through the home to assess opportunities.
• Educate customers on our products and services.
• Follow our Sales Training and use communication skills to help residential customers with their home organizational needs.

• Closets by Design is a nationally recognized leader in home organizing systems. 
• We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, media systems, wall beds, garage cabinetry, and more. 

Pay Type: Commission Only  
 
Reasonably Expected Compensation Range:
$36,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year (Approximately $3,000 - $8,333 per Month)
