The Role

This role owns the go-to-market strategy. Period. You’ll be in the trenches — opening doors, building relationships, and telling the Kustom HR story to the right decision-makers. Our approach converts once we’re in the room, but this is a noisy space, and cutting through that noise is the mission.

This is a hybrid position, with the flexibility to work remotely more than half the time, balanced with in-person meetings and relationship-building when it matters most.

There’s no ceiling here. Our commission structure is generous and residual, meaning you’re building a business within a business from day one. Phase two of this growth plan includes building and leading your own team for those who want it.

The Opportunity

• 3–5 years of successful HR sales or related professional services experience
• A proven track record of beating goals
• A strong rolodex and the confidence to use it
• Located in NY / NJ
• A real desire to build and scale something meaningful
