• Conduct both routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests across various domainschemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyondin accordance with established operating procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of test outcomes, diagnose any discrepancies, and maintain optimal functionality of lab instruments through preventative maintenance and calibration.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis as necessary, showcasing adaptability in fast-paced environments.
• Keep detailed documentation of procedures, assist in training new staff and students, and actively contribute to maintaining lab quality standards.
• Ensure a clean, safe workspace while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree in preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year from the date of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout your employment tenure.
