Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM Night Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM, plus 10% shift differential 2-Week Rotation: Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday Week 2: Sunday, Wednesday, Thursday You will work 7 days in a 14-day period, giving you steady full-time hours plus built-in days off. What You'll Do As a Machine Operator, you will help keep production running safely and efficiently. You will be trained to: Operate and monitor production equipment Load materials and support machine operations Perform quality checks and inspections Use basic measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers Assist with machine setup and adjustments Follow safety, quality, and production standards Work with your team to meet daily production goals What We're Looking For We are looking for reliable, motivated people who are ready to learn. You may be a good fit if you have experience in: Manufacturing Warehouse work Production Assembly Forklift operation Construction, landscaping, retail stockroom, food service, or other hands-on work Helpful but not required: Basic computer skills Mechanical aptitude Experience with forklifts, micrometers, or calipers Physical Requirements This is an active manufacturing role.
