We are seeking dependable, safety-focused Packaging Operators to join our production team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and take pride in producing quality products that meet the highest standards.

Working under the direction of the Shift Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in packaging operations, product quality, equipment sanitation, and preparing finished goods for shipment.

What You'll Do

• Perform packaging activities in a manufacturing and production environment.
• Sanitize and prepare packaging equipment according to established procedures.
• Prepare packaging components and product materials for production runs.
• Package finished products accurately and efficiently for shipment.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet company and customer specifications.
• Maintain clean and organized work areas in accordance with safety and compliance standards.
• Follow production schedules and operational procedures to support daily output goals.
• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve productivity and quality objectives.
• Identify and report equipment issues, safety concerns, or quality deviations to leadership.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence efforts.

What We're Looking For

• Experience in manufacturing, packaging, warehouse, or production environments preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety requirements.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout a 12-hour shift.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.

Safety & Compliance

This position is classified as compliance critical and carries responsibility for maintaining adherence to all company, division, corporate, and regulatory requirements. Team members are expected to follow all safety policies and immediately report any unsafe conditions or potential hazards.
