About the Role

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead its workforce development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and supervising staff, overseeing the administration of programs, and ensuring the strategic plan is effectively implemented. This role involves a deep understanding of the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) and the ability to meet programmatic performance and compliance standards. The Executive Director will be a key leader in the organization, accountable for the quality and integrity of workforce functions, and will work closely with the local development Workforce Board to meet the needs of the community. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and at least 5 years of experience in operations and business, marketing, public relations, education, or workforce development services. The role requires a strong knowledge of WIOA and other workforce program requirements, as well as the ability to lead a team with diverse working styles. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment, with excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. A Master’s or MBA degree and experience with local partners are desirable. The Executive Director will be expected to be 100% onsite, with a focus on continuous improvement, customer satisfaction, and the professional growth of the staff.
