Job Title: Senior Talent Acquisition Strategy Advisor

Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Strategy Advisor to join our best-in-class talent team. This is not a standard recruitment role; we are looking for a visionary who treats talent acquisition as a strategic business function. You will serve as a consultant to our business leaders, using market intelligence and competitor data to design the sourcing strategies that will define our company's future.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Sourcing & Market Intelligence
• Strategy Design: Develop innovative, multi-channel recruitment strategies that go beyond "post and pray." Create sourcing frameworks that attract top-tier, passive talent.
• Market Insights: Act as an internal consultant by delivering actionable competitor intelligence. Analyze external market trends and provide recommendations on how to adjust our talent acquisition approach to remain competitive.
• Employer Branding: Collaborate on the design and execution of effective employer branding initiatives that "magnetize" top-notch candidates and align with our corporate vision.

Hiring Excellence & Leadership
• Consultative Influence: Partner with hiring leaders at all levels to shape hiring decisions. Apply expertise in behavioral-based interviewing to raise the bar on candidate quality.
• Training & Coaching: Lead training initiatives for internal stakeholders, equipping hiring managers with the tools to effectively assess and select high-caliber talent.
• Execution Excellence: Thrive in a high-paced, high-volume environment where you are expected to meet aggressive KPIs while maintaining a superior candidate experience.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience Baseline: Minimum of six (6) years of experience in Talent Acquisition or a related strategic human capital role.
• Sourcing Mastery: Demonstrated success in direct sourcing strategy and execution-you know how to find candidates who aren't looking.
• Systems Fluency: In-depth knowledge of modern ATS platforms (e.g., Workday) and data-driven recruitment databases.
• Market Agility: Proven ability to navigate fast-paced, high-volume environments without sacrificing quality.

Preferred Attributes
• Experience recruiting high-caliber, specialized talent in competitive markets.
• Proven ability to analyze external market data to impact organizational hiring strategy.
• Experience with recruitment marketing, digital engagement, and candidate lifecycle analytics.
