Compensation:

$120,000+ at plan commission

Responsibilities:

• Build strong relationships with motivated property owners to convert opportunities into signed listings

• Lead strategic offer negotiations, advocating for clients while driving deals toward successful outcomes

• Communicate proactively with clients and team members to keep expectations clear and transactions moving forward

• Collaborate closely with operations and support staff to deliver a seamless experience from contract to closing

• Utilize CRM tools to track activity, manage follow-up, and maintain a healthy, organized pipeline

• Deliver a high-touch, personalized client experience that builds trust, referrals, and long-term business
  

Qualifications:

• Resourceful problem-solver who approaches challenges with practical, results-focused thinking
• Comfortable using CRM platforms and marketing tools, with the ability to quickly learn new technology
• Strong track record of building client relationships, uncovering needs, and creating new business opportunities
• Highly organized with strong time management skills and reliable follow-through
• Confident phone presence with experience converting conversations into scheduled appointments
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with dependable local transportation
• Clear, professional verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Effective negotiator committed to creating positive outcomes for clients
• Active South Carolina Real Estate License, or ability to obtain one prior to start
