Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities Provide assigned aspects of patient care for geriatric psychiatry patients as directed by a Registered Nurse. Perform delegated tasks after completing orientation and demonstrating competency. Qualifications Associate’s Degree and graduation from an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing Program. Current Wisconsin LPN license in good standing. Current BLS certification and bi-annual violent-crisis or workplace violence training. Basic computer skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). New graduates accepted; prior related experience preferred. Work Schedule Full-time, 40 hours per week. Monday–Friday: 7:00 am–3:30 pm; 7:00 pm–7:30 pm on alternate days. No weekends; holiday rotation every third holiday. Benefits 403(b) retirement plan with employer match at hire.
