Your New Role Pay Range: $14.25 - $17.79 / hour; based on experience. Hours Monday - Thursday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm & 4 pm - 8 pm Friday - Saturday: 8:30 am - 12:30 pm Responsibilities Our Kids Club Team Members create unforgettable experiences for Chuze members and their children. While guardians enjoy our club facilities, the Kids Club team ensures their children are active, entertained, and most of all, safe in our care. Your shift will be a dynamic blend of warm greetings, enriching experiences for little Chuzers, and, of course, ensuring our space sparkles with cleanliness. Uphold a positive, friendly, and caring environment within the Kids Club by running fun, enriching activities for children Complete daily cleaning tasks throughout all areas of the club and ensure the facilities are always extraordinarily clean for our members and little Chuzers Maintain a positive relationship with all members, guests, and little Chuzers, providing information on membership offerings and assisting with club amenities and equipment functions Prioritize the safety of all children within the Kids Club Assist in all aspects of Kids Club operations, including child sign-ups, checking children in and out, and answering phones Your Perks Free MAX Chuze Fitness membership 401k Discounts on all Chuze retail and Chuze Blends purchases Chuzer Referral Incentive Program Free First Aid/CPR certification Engaging and dynamic work environment with growth opportunities Your Skills Additional benefits available to Full-time Chuzers. Requirements Minimum of 18 years of age High school graduate or equivalent 1 year of experience working with children ages six months to twelve years Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain a positive rapport with children and guardians Team-based mindset with the capacity to receive and deliver feedback Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills Preferences Previous customer service experience Bilingual Physical Abilities Able to read, write, and speak clearly in English Walking, bending, kneeling, and repetitive arm movement Standing for long periods Phone and computer operations Ability to lift at least 50lbs #J-18808-Ljbffr Chuze Fitness
