PRODUCT, TORT & INSURANCE LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY

The Los Angeles, California office of FBT Gibbons is seeking a Product, Tort & Insurance Litigation Associate. Qualifications 2-6 years of product liability, tort, and insurance litigation experience Experience with written discovery, depositions, drafting pleadings and substantive motions Skilled in mediations, court appearances, and assisting with pretrial or pre-arbitration preparations Superior academic credentials and excellent research and writing skills Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team California licensure Compensation The salary range for this role is $197,000-$227,000 , reflecting a variety of factors including experience, training, licensure, certifications, and organizational needs. Actual compensation will be determined based on skills, relevant experience, and other job-related factors, consistent with applicable employment laws.
