Electro-Mechanical Device Manufacturing Technician

Deliver reliable, regulation-ready medical devices by executing documented processes, maintaining impeccable records, and continuously improving how work gets done.

Core Responsibilities

• Build/Test: Assemble and, as applicable, test devices and subassemblies to established procedures and specifications; review quality checkpoints at each step.
• Tooling/Equipment: Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and automated machinery within a GMP/FDA framework.
• Electronics: Assemble electronic components/modules from schematics and diagrams to meet quality standards.
• Records: Complete per-unit DHR documentation accurately when included in station instructions.
• Kitting & Flow: Prepare and organize component kits; verify contents; label and route to lines; sustain inventory levels and replenish promptly.
• Material Handling: Store, move, and track parts and assemblies per guidelines; keep inventory counts accurate.
• Quality Escalation: Identify and report defects, material issues, and nonconformities to Team Leaders immediately.
• Packaging & Logistics: Package/label parts or assemblies for shipment; palletize boxes safely according to SOPs.
• Continuous Improvement: Engage in lean activities and uphold 6S to drive safety, quality, and productivity.

Standards & Accountability

Every employee owns GMP and regulatory performance. Follow work instructions diligently, document your activities per company policies and procedures, and maintain an orderly, audit-ready workspace.

Physical Requirements

• Stand for most of the shift (approximately 8–12 hours based on station/shift).
• Walk frequently to support material movement and multi-station workflows.
• Lift and carry 25–55 lbs. as needed; frequently handle lighter items under 25 lbs.
• Use team lifts or lifting equipment for loads over 40 lbs. in line with ergonomics policy.

Education

• Accredited High School Diploma or GED.

Shifts

• 1st: 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 2nd: 2:55 PM – 11:25 PM (Mon–Fri)
• 3rd (Cuffs): 11:20 PM – 7:50 AM (Sun–Thu)
