Proposal CoordinatorAn established, growth-focused organisation operating within the built environment is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to support proposal development, client engagement and go-to-market activity. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-driven marketing professional to play a visible role in winning new work and supporting strategic growth.Key Responsibilities The Proposal Coordinator will report into senior leadership and work closely with operations and delivery teams to support business development activity across multiple channels.Coordinate and produce high-quality proposals, qualifications and responses to requests for proposalSupport business development teams by tracking opportunities, pipelines and bid activityCollaborate with technical and project teams to gather content and ensure accuracy of submissionsMaintain marketing collateral, templates and brand standards across documentsAssist with document control, compliance checks and final bid submissionsSupport CRM and bid management systems, ensuring data accuracy and reportingContribute to wider marketing initiatives, including presentations and client-facing materialsMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
